When I found out about Bricklite's LEGO 3D model software, I immediately wanted to try it out. So I got one of my real life LEGO models at home and tried to recreate it and then export it into Unreal and make materials for it. I cleaned it up the mesh in Maya and made a render in UE5 using assets from a few marketplace packs and the Matrix demo content. I also wanted to explore Path Tracing and see how much realism I could push out of it. I am super happy with the result and I had a blast building this LEGO in 3D and in real life at the same time. It was a super fun challenge to get the materials of the brick to feel real in game engine.
